What is City Corporation RAVE?

RAVE is a mass notification system that City Corporation uses to alert our customers via text, email, and landline phones of any Boil Water notices or of any Construction that might disrupt water or sewer services in your area.

How do I set my preferences such as the language I receive messages in?

If you are not already signed up for Rave, sign up using this link: Sign Up

Once you are registered, your information can be updated and changed by logging into your Rave account here: Log In.

Can other household members receive the RAVE notifications from City Corporation?

Yes! To Opt-In other household members please contact our customer service representatives. We can help assign a household member profile with their household address to receive notifications related to that address. If you rent your home, we can also assist you with getting alerts set up to your address you are renting.

I would prefer to not receive notifications, can I Opt-Out?

Yes! If you receive a text notifications simply reply STOP to remove your cell phone number from the RAVE system. You can also log into www.smart911.com, or contact our customer service representatives, to change or delete your email or address or deactivate your profile.
